The pictures say everything. The Southern you go, the lower the odds that the road signs are not covered with advertising, various messages, unclear posters, of graffiti (the later resembles to a national sport).One may think that this is a way of protesting against politicians and the state, an act of civil disobedience. However, this is rather directed against public and own safety, and I see no way in which it may lead to any positive outcome... :(
